Nothing to dislike.

We had a fantastic stay at a luxury hotel in this city. The best aspects were the spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, the wheelchair accessibility of the facilities, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the delicious and generously portioned breakfast. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk to everything. The staff, especially Katrina, made us feel like family. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

Had a decent new year at the hotel with two key facts offered. The location was prime and easy to access, which made moving around a breeze. The rooms were a plus. Comfy beds were an advantage I enjoyed, as it was essential to get a night of rest when you have a full day ahead.

The check-in and check-out process was a major disappointment. I had to wait for over 30 minutes to get the keys, as no one was present upon arrival.

Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated to create a comfortable stay. the staff makes you feel like family and service is top, notch. the breakfast is delicious with generous portions, and you won't have to worry about bringing toiletries as they provide slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste.
